Denis Côté is the Senior Lending Manager with AFSC, an Alberta Crown Corporation that provides diverse financial services to producers, agribusiness and commercial enterprises in Alberta. He has over 30 years experience in agricultural and commercial financing in Alberta and Saskatchewan. For over ten years, Mr. Côte owned and managed a corporate finance and management consulting practice. This business provided project management, comprehensive business analysis, debt and equity investment planning; and through this time assisted over twenty community-based groups and investor groups to plan and raise over $100 million of equity and debt capital. Mr. Côté maintains investment and director roles in a number of agricultural, agribusiness and commercial businesses in western Canada. He holds BScA from the University of Manitoba, specializing in agricultural economics and business management. Denis is member of the Alberta Institute of Agrologists and the Canadian Consulting Agrologists Association.
