The consulting activities include conceptualization, strategic planning, financing including equity, debt and venture capital, business plan development, export marketing plans, financial packaging plans, ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and HACCP. A specialty is provincial and federal government, and international grant and contribution application writing with thus far 100% being accepted. These applications are sizeable.

Through a process that includes diagnostic activities a long-term relationship is usually an outcome.

Currently we are working with Canadian firms with projects in Canada, United States, Cuba, Singapore, Yugoslavia and other Baltic States.
