Larry Malazdrewicz has many years of management experience in Finance, Manufacturing, Training and Development, Sales, Marketing and Human Resources. Much of his career has been in the pharmaceutical, chemical and agriculture and food industries. Larry currently is an executive member of the Agriculture and Food Council of Alberta and the chairman of the Canadian Agricultural Adaption Program Action Team.

Larry is a Certified Hudson Institute Coach and Leadership and Management Development Consultant. He is accredited by the International Coaching Federation. He has facilitated, trained and consulted on hundreds of occasions in the Agriculture Industry with employees, customers, governments and other key influencers. He enjoys training and facilitating that accomplishes personal growth and development for the participants and their organizations. Besides Agriculture, his client base is comprised of Universities, Oil and Gas, Media, Government, Health Care and Multinational Consumer Products Organizations.

Larry’s professional interest is in helping people grow and develop in all aspects of their professional and non-professional lives.
