Michael J. Bedoya has a degree in Veterinary Medicine- UNAM Mexico, and graduate studies in the University of Edinburgh (DipVSM) and the University of Illinois (Ph.D). He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese and has worked in technical cooperation in agriculture in LAC with IICA for more than 20 years. He is currently the IICA Representative in Canada.
